Evaluating A Company?s Health: Equity Vs Debt

Analysts are known for using an old, the current ratio (comparing current assets and current liabilities) to judge how a company is managing its cash flow. A well-managed company shows a steady trend of the debt or the passage of time, and increased lending. In the long term, the analysis of total capitalization and traceability of the debt ratio reveals much about the health of the company.
