“[The kinetic military action in Libya] is just the foreign policy outworking of Obama’s campaign to fundamentally transform America. Notice the common thread. Now he is using foreign policy to diminish America’s role and stature in the international community to cut wealthy, imperialistic America down to size.” –columnist David Limbaugh. He is using domestic policies to effectuate ‘economic justice’ at home, trying to cut ‘wealthy’ Americans down to size.

Point out this obvious fact to a liberal, and once he gets done calling you a greedy, heartless, bloodthirsty reactionary, he’ll insist that we haven’t yet seen true socialism. For instance, they champion socialism even though the past hundred years have proven time and again that it doesn’t work in practice the way it does in theory. In reality, they are like little children who regard fairy tales as non-fiction. “Leftists like to think of themselves as clear-thinking realists who are sensitive to nuance and irony. We’ve seen it in the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany, in China, Cambodia, North Korea and Cuba.” –columnist Burt Prelutsky. Actually, we have, though. On the contrary, in every country where it has existed, it has inevitably led to loss of liberty, widespread poverty and mass murder on a scale that has no parallel in human history.

Or maybe it is compassion fatigue.” –The New York Times’ Kirk Johnson. “Many Americans find themselves scratching their heads about America’s military intervention in Libya, and part of the reason, they say, can be summed up in one word: overload.

“With respect to initiating this [Libya military] action while I was abroad, keep in mind that we were working on very short timeframes, and we had done all the work, and it was just a matter of seeing how Gadhafi would react to the warning that I issued on Friday. He, despite words to the contrary, was continuing to act aggressively towards his civilians. . But, when it comes to our military action, we are doing so in support of UN Security [Council] resolution 1973, that specifically talks about humanitarian efforts, and we are going to make sure that we stick to that mandate.” –Barack Obama.

Because she looks at me and I looked tired. But I’m telling you, I am having an extraordinary time, because there aren’t many moments in our lives where we know that we’re making a difference. And this is one of those moments.” –Barack Obama. “We have made extraordinary progress over these last two years. . There are times where Michelle reminds me that I volunteered for this job. When you look back at the track record of work that we’ve done over the last two years, I think it’s fair to say the promise we made to the American people has been kept, that we have delivered in change that we can believe in.

We’ve gotten by that. It’s bizarre. But it’s amazing how these Republicans, the right wing of this party — whose philosophy threw us into this God-awful hole we’re in, gave us the tremendous deficit we’ve inherited — that they’re now using, now attempting to use, the very economic condition they have created to blame the victim — whether it’s organized labor or ordinary middle-class working men and women. “When a woman got raped, blame her because she was wearing a skirt too short, she looked the wrong way or she wasn’t home in time to make the dinner. It’s bizarre.” –Joe Biden.

It’s important for people to make the connection. It’s a time to remind people what he was fighting for.” –AFL-CIO spokesperson Josh Goldstein. “A lot of people forget that what [Martin Luther King] was doing in Memphis was fighting for sanitation workers there. Workers’ rights and civil rights go hand in hand. Martin Luther King was so important to the labor movement.

The rest of us do.” –Washington Times editor emeritus Wesley Pruden. All things considered, the left and the liberals should pay for their own entertainment. Public broadcasting could have leavened the bias years ago and saved itself by easing up on the mockery and ridicule of the things most Americans hold dear. “There’s never been a better opportunity to rid public broadcasting of its dependence on public welfare to spread its left-wing bias and propaganda, if only the Republican leadership can screw up the courage to lead the way. We can be glad it didn’t; government radio is the norm in Pyongyang and Havana and Tehran, but never here.

At a time when we should be remembering and uplifting the accomplishments and contributions of African-Americans, to the history, culture, civil rights and economy of America, we are literally during this month debating steps that will severely undercut and undermine that legacy.” –Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA). “It’s really especially poignant that this year during Black History Month, the Republican leadership has proposed a budget for fiscal year 2011 that will fall most heavily, mind you, on the backs of the most vulnerable in our society: African-Americans, Latinos and poor — those who have been shut of the American dream.

The fight for marriage equality is far from over, and we will continue to work towards the day when all American families are treated with respect and viewed equally in the eyes of the law.” –House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). Since its inception, the discriminatory Defense of Marriage Act [DOMA] has long been viewed as a violation of the equal protection clause of the Constitution. “The Obama administration’s decision [not to defend DOMA] is a victory for civil rights, fairness and equality for the LGBT community and all Americans. Today, the president made clear that he agrees — and I commend him for taking this bold step forward to ensure the federal government is no longer in the business of defending an indefensible statute.

CoStar collecting data on seizures and the church found an increase in the "exponential," said Macke, a handful five years ago to about 100 last year. Most churches are in trouble in markets most affected real estate, such as California, Michigan and Florida. Macke Add to that what he called "actual bias" churches had made plans, adding the debt of the years with his son, believing that the good times continue indefinitely. As support for unemployed people buy new clothes or a restaurant, which put less on your plate to the church. Macke said that churches stumble across the same common-flattened against shops and other businesses.

But church members had tightened their belts and new and new members offset the decline. And for them, the time has come to an agreement. Consider triumph of the Church, a congregation of 10,000 members in Detroit. Director General of the Department Velva Flores said many of its members working in the automotive industry and had to lower their prices. Now, said the drop in the labor market in their favor.

Americans do not guarantee the holidays, the media have given only 13 days a year, and often do not even have to take these. This is emblematic of a much larger problem, which require employees to waive overtime pay, work more hours per year, and make greater sacrifices to increase productivity to create wealth that will undoubtedly never done in their pockets.

As reported in yesterday's USA: No time for you to vacation in the richest country in the world, there is no right at all times of the holiday. paid annual leave and public holidays are optional for each employer. In most other rich countries, there are 20 to 35 days of vacation per year (4-7 weeks). The Americans were offered only an average of 13 days annual leave, which is one-half to one-quarter of those offered in other countries. Only 57% of American workers take their full time for the holidays, often for fear of losing their jobs or be unable to cope with its workload.

Even beyond the ordinary worker abuse in the United States, the number of hours worked per year than any other rich country, and very high compared with most countries around the world. . The New York Times, "typical American worker operating 1,792 hours during the year" They also provide a table comparing different OECD countries.

The OECD Observer continues: "Even if the Koreans can work more hours per year in the OECD, the United States is also well above average. In 2005, annual hours worked in the U.S. were 15 % compared with the European Union (EU-15) the media "have provided more motivated and focused this graph to show the number of hours per year.

If wealth is created by men and women working in America has found its way into the pockets, it would be one thing, but the increase is not true. The work culture is to create wealth beyond. Since the extension of Bush tax cuts for the rich, it seems that the wealth gap will not be exacerbated, leading to accusations that the class struggle has been and continues to be waged on the middle class and poor.

Why "work to live" rather than "live to work" so that Europeans can not make enough money to afford to have children enough to replace them, and even high immigration (which I personally prefer) not is sufficient to maintain its national population to decrease dramatically in the coming decades.

America is so bad, I guess that's why there are people who risk their lives to sneak into this job and what is not, as they were hidden in Russia ….? oh my bad maybe it was Cuba, which fell … ….? Well, I am definitely one of the other large countries that can get us out of our barbarity and buffoonery, which can recover from the collapse under the weight of babies and fatigue of work does not pay our own bills. You are still entitled to an opinion and I appreciate the courage to put his words to explore in public discourse. the same with climate change that will be used for global warming, global cooling was to be something else. Gilbert, do not believe that overpopulation is a problem at all, I've heard all my life and forty years, until now that his concern and speculation.

a friend sent me this article, but I can not get past the first sentence: what is meant by "offering 13 days per year"? is that it should read "13 days of annual leave or I'm completely this misunderstanding, or publishers of this site are insisting on the point of this story, which also are working longer, stronger, faster. …
