In other words, they might only use it once or twice a month, but they'll fail a drug screen for six months (they'll never test clean if they don't stop for a long period, especially after heavy usage which is %99 of medical users). I will admit that there is a certain reduction in function, but with continued regular use, you get used to it, and should be able to function mostly normally. Bad news. And once you've dealt with all that, here's the kicker….they're not using before work, they just fail the drugscreen for WEEKS AND MONTHS after using. And, before you ridicule that language, 'reduction in function' and 'function mostly normally' is about all you can ask for in the workplace on ANY day from ANY one stoned or sober. On the other hand, you get to say that because they can test positive for days and weeks later, that they are still under the influence, when you have little or no evidence that being under the influence of pot reduces anything in any way shape or form. I'm not saying it does or doesn't, just that there are no scientific studies to back up your claim, like there would be for booze (yet, we don't have you asking for the booze thing, do we? Demanding alcohol screenings every morning before work are you? Hypocrite). There have been numerous studies that show that being under the influence of marijuana isn't anything like booze. But of course, you get to use whatever facts are handy, so, pot must be like booze on the one hand, you can test, fail, and be considered DRUNK OFF YOUR ASS no matter that there is NO SCIENTIFIC evidence for one level over another to mean anything. The point being, your functions aren't reduced anymore than those who walk around texting, listening to MP3's (guy almost got killed twice in the same place on the same day by a forklift that almost hit him in the head…his answer? He chewed out the forklift driver for not watching where he was driving). please tell me how. As to endangering lives, just being under the influence doesn't cut it, except in your little world of "I hate pot, and if you get high, you become worthless, WORTHLESS I TELL YOU!. There's more endangerment coming from OSHA and government regulations.

If the city establishes a price for the car that transformed the desert frontiers tumbleweed-tied, it no parking at market prices, it's just a mess. If prices rise, I will never return to the center, around the world own shop in the suburbs. Changing market prices offers a choice: go to the center, easy to find a place without having to spend about fifteen minutes, and pay a fair price for it. Or stay home. Or visit another neighborhood parking cheaper.

If you look at education as "something we have to do" as a teenager, Joanna, then yes, its findings would be just what I posted. But if you see education as an investment in something, then you understand why many of us advocate more education, even though they cost more in depth.
